We Are a Vaccinating Practice

Medical Center Pediatrics requires that all of our patients are immunized according to the current vaccine schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. All potential new patients must be up to date, or willing to get caught up with their vaccines. Please read our complete vaccination policy, and do not hesitate to contact our office with questions.

Before Your First Visit

Please call our office to schedule an appointment and request our new patient forms. To help expedite your child’s first visit, please provide the following information when you arrive for your appointment:

  • Insurance card
  • Picture ID
  • Complete immunization records
  • Medical records from your previous pediatrician

Are You Expecting?

Congratulations on your new baby! We know this can be a very busy time for new parents as the family adjusts to having a new infant in the home.

Prenatal Visit

We encourage parents-to-be to call our office for a prenatal appointment. This is a great way to get acquainted with our office and our doctors, and we will answer any questions that you have about our practice or your new child.

Upon Arrival

When your baby is born, simply tell your obstetrician and the hospital staff that you have chosen Medical Center Pediatrics as your child’s pediatrician. Upon discharge, please contact our office about scheduling your baby’s first visit to our office.

Insurance

We realize that it may take some time for newborns to be added to an insurance policy. However, it is very important that you provide the insurance company with the information that they request in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays of coverage and greater financial costs to you.
