
Patient Portal Help
To help you and your family navigate the patient portal, we have prepared this page to help you with any difficulties you may experience.
In order to authenticate each parent/guardian with each child in a safe and secure way, you will be provided a secure PIN for each individual child, which will come in separate emails.
If your child is over 18, your child will need to set up their own portal account. If they wish for a parent to have access to this account, they will need to request to add a parent as a proxy account.
